- Adult travelers must complete a waiver before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Bring food and beverages if desired; red wine and glass beer bottles are not permitted
- Lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Bare feet or clean socks only aboard the yacht

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that isn't mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, a full refund applies when rescheduling is not possible.
FAQs
As the primary charterer, you assume temporary possession and control of the vessel and independently select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain for your charter.
You may engage your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements.
Complete the charter agreement as the primary charterer before arrival. Each adult must complete a waiver, and a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors.
