- This is a bareboat charter; the primary charterer assumes temporary possession and control of the vessel
- A qualified, properly licensed captain is required and contracted separately by the charterer
- Fuel is charged based on actual usage and is not included in the listed price
- Crew gratuity is not included; customary discretionary gratuity is typically 15–20% of the charter price and is paid directly to the captain and crew
- All adult passengers must complete a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Bring food and beverages if desired; red wine and glass beer bottles are not permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks onboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain declares conditions unsafe, you will first attempt to reschedule; if rescheduling is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner will be refunded. A full refund is also available if the vessel is unavailable and rescheduling is not possible.

This is a bareboat charter. The primary charterer assumes possession and control of the vessel and must separately select and engage a qualified, properly licensed captain. You may use your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements, or select from the available roster of insurance-approved captains.
