Important details
- Renters must be ages 26+
- Requires at least 2 years of experience operating a similar vessel within 10 feet of this boat’s size
- Not eligible with marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- A boater’s license is required for renters born after January 1, 1988
- A valid driver’s license is required at check-in
- A signed release waiver is required from every passenger
- Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
- Travel no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
- The renter is responsible for property damage and injuries to themselves and passengers

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full price.
