• Not eligible with marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• A boater’s license is required for renters born after January 1, 1988
• A valid driver’s license is required at check-in
• A signed release waiver is required from every passenger
• Stay within the Intracoastal and Sarasota Bay area; Gulf of Mexico travel is not permitted
• Travel no farther north than the south end of Longboat Key or south than the Venice Jetties
• The renter is responsible for property damage and injuries to themselves and passengers
