Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. Vessel unavailability follows the same policy.

This is a bareboat charter. Select and engage a qualified, properly licensed captain separately; the primary charterer has possession and control of the vessel during the charter.
Fuel charges apply based on actual usage and are not included in the listed price. Gratuity for your independently selected captain and any crew is customary and discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and is settled directly at the end of the charter.
Bring food and beverages if you wish, but leave red wine and glass beer bottles behind. Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted. Go barefoot or wear clean socks aboard.
