Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Drivers with passengers under 18 must be ages 25+
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Complete the State Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course and have proof of certification before taking the vehicle
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
- A $1,500 damage-deposit authorization per machine is required on a credit or debit card upon arrival
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An additional 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies and is not reflected in taxes and fees
- Return on time: 15+ minutes late costs $75, 1+ hour costs $150, and 2+ hours costs a full-day rental
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
