• Complete the Utah State OHV Education Course and have proof of completion before taking the vehicle
• A liability waiver is required for each machine, with all party members listed as passengers

• A required premium damage waiver limits damage costs to $1,500 per machine
• A $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine is required on a credit or debit card upon arrival
