- Adult travelers must complete a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on actual usage
- Customary captain and crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and discretionary
- Bring food and beverages if desired; red wine and glass beer bottles are not permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, charter fees are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, charter fees are fully refunded.
