Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner when you cancel more than 5 days before departure. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; if that is not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. The same applies if the vessel is unavailable.
