- Ages 10–13 may paddle only in a tandem kayak with an adult
- Single kayaks require ages 14+
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Weight limit: 50–275 lbs

- Requires gripping a paddle or safety handle, sitting upright unassisted, and traveling over variable natural terrain
- Avoid applying sunscreen or bug spray to your neck and wrists before the trip, as it can damage dry suits

Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund; credit card fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Trips run in rain or snow but may be canceled for lightning, high winds, fire, or high water. Full refund if the operator cancels.
