- Bring valid ID to check-in if using military or Alaska resident admission.
- Stay outside all animal pens and feed animals only over the fence.
- Tractor-pulled wagon rides require temperatures above 0 degrees. Reindeer sled rides also require temperatures above 0 degrees and conditions that are not too slippery.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before the start. No-shows are charged the full price. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
