Important details
- Arrive at Meramec Mercantile at least 45 minutes before your scheduled float time
- Complete a signed waiver for every person in your party before receiving your float ticket
- Bring a United States Coast Guard-approved life vest, jacket, or puddle jumper for children under 50 lbs
- Wear a life vest for children under 13; child vests are limited for those under 60 lbs
- Understand that children under 3 participate at your own risk
- Expect route or vessel restrictions for small children when water levels require them
- Leave Styrofoam and glass off the river
- Plan river tube floats only from May 24 through September 2; tube departures stop at noon
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make changes at least 8 days before your scheduled arrival for a refund minus $5–$50 per reservation or boat and any booking fees. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are nonrefundable. Rain checks are offered if the float is canceled due to water levels.
FAQs
Water levels may require this float to move to the Courtois Primitive Float. Small children may not be allowed on certain floats or vessels when water conditions require restrictions.
Optional trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule up to 60 minutes before departure for any reason. Reimbursement excludes the trip protection cost and processing fees.
