Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure to sign waivers and use the restroom
- Review age requirements: rafts are ages 3+, canoes and tandem kayaks are ages 10+, and single kayaks are ages 13+
- Leave pets off rafts
- Use authorized rental watercraft for take-out at Meramec Caverns; privately owned watercraft are not permitted there
- Expect trips to operate in light rain; departures may be delayed when conditions are unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 7 days' notice. If the operator cancels due to high river levels, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions, your reservation becomes a non-refundable, non-transferable raincheck valid for one year.
