Important details
- Ages 21+ only; a valid driver's license is required to rent and operate
- Sign the required waiver before delivery; otherwise delivery moves to the following day and delivery fees apply
- Stay within Edisto Beach town limits; no causeway or off-island travel
- Do not drive on the beach, sand, marsh, off-road areas, Palmetto Boulevard, or Highway 174 except to cross
- Stop driving 30 minutes after sunset and follow local traffic and open-container laws
- Children under 12 must wear a seatbelt at all times
- Do not tow, overload, strap items to the roof, or drive recklessly
- Return the cart by 9:00 AM, rinsed, trash-free, accessible for pickup, with the key left and charger plugged in
- A $40 service fee applies if departure cleaning and charging procedures are not completed
- Delivery is unavailable outside town limits, at Wyndham Ocean Ridge, The Retreat, Jeremy Cay, or certain Palmetto Boulevard homes
- Bay Creek Villas does not allow cart parking or charging
- Charges apply for damage caused by careless or prohibited operation
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking are non-refundable. No refunds for early returns, late arrivals, weather that does not prevent safe operation, or violations of rental policies or town laws.
