- Stay at least 50 feet from the water; do not drive in or near bays or boat docks
- Return the cart with a full tank of fuel or a $25 refueling fee applies, not included in the listed price
- Return the cart on time or a $25 fee applies for each half-hour late, not included in the listed price
- Drive safely: speeding, racing, jumping, reckless driving, and driving under the influence are prohibited
- You are responsible for any damage while the cart is in your care
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, including same-day and no-show bookings. Changes to dates and times are allowed within 48 hours of booking. No cancellations due to weather or other circumstances.
