- Arrive 20–30 minutes early; arrive 45 minutes early when renting multiple machines
- Complete the free Utah Off-Highway Vehicle Education Course before arrival
- Drivers must be 25 or older
- Have the primary renter present at pickup with a valid driver's license and credit card
- Expect a mandatory $1,000 damage deposit per machine, not included in the listed price
- Expect rescue charges not included in the listed price: $150 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour
- Expect trail restrictions in inclement weather; vehicles may only be used on subdivision roads
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations. Changes are allowed based on availability. Arriving 15 minutes or more late is a no-show and is not eligible for rescheduling. The operator will reschedule weather cancellations, except no-shows. A mandatory damage deposit applies to each machine and is released automatically after 7 days.
