- A valid Florida Boaters Safety Card is required for operators born after January 1, 1988
- One completed waiver is required from the responsible renter
- Allow a few minutes for check-in and orientation; rental time begins at your reserved start time
- Nothing may be towed or pulled behind the pontoon
- A valid Florida fishing license is required for anyone over 16 who plans to fish
- Pets are allowed at no additional charge
- Late-return fees and extra cleaning fees for fish remains may apply and are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before departure. Reservations made the same day or within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. If severe weather prevents departure, receive a refund or reschedule to another available time.
