Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity (local time) for a full refund. For Tandem, late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable. If Tandem is canceled for extreme weather or unforeseen events, choose rescheduling or a full refund. If Tandem has fewer than 4 participants, receive a rescheduled time or refund. Lost, stolen or damaged Tandem tickets are nonrefundable.
