Important details
- Ages 6+ only; riders ages 6–15 must ride with an adult, and anyone 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult
- Riding alone and riding through the hills require a minimum age of 16
- Not suitable for pregnant women or people with back problems, heart problems, serious medical conditions, mobility impairments, or wheelchairs
- Bring a valid photo ID and a signed credit or debit card matching the reservation name; both are checked on arrival, and card information and a photo are recorded
- Wear shoes that fully cover your feet; open shoes, slippers, and Crocs are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of the start time to move to a new date. If you book within 48 hours of the activity, cancel within 1 hour of booking for a full refund. Arrive more than 15 minutes late and you'll move to the next available slot or date; late arrival without prior consent is a no-show without refund. Weather safety cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded, less special or custom order costs.

No. Transportation, food and drinks, and gratuities are not included.
Avoid carrying valuables, and remove loose items such as earrings, necklaces, and glasses. The operator is not responsible for lost items during activities.
