Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours prior to booking for a full refund or credit. Less than 24 hours gets no refund. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances before the rental begins, you get no refund.

Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to complete check-in, pre-ride paperwork, a personal watercraft (PWC) safety video, and equipment orientation.
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must have a Florida Boater Safety Education ID Card (often called a Florida boating license) to operate the watercraft.
Bring the credit or debit card used for online booking (for verification), a valid government-issued ID, a valid credit card to keep on file for the duration of your rental, and your boaters license or temporary certificate. Suggested items include sunglasses (leash recommended), bottled non-alcoholic beverages, sandals or water shoes, a bathing suit, and a small dry bag (some availability on-site).
