Things to know
Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and an accompanying adult age 21+. Passengers must be 4+; if a passenger is under 18, the driver must be 25+.
A mandatory fuel charge applies based on rental duration. A $1500 security deposit may be charged if the vehicle is accidentally damaged.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. One rescheduling allowed with 24 hours notice. No-shows will be charged the full reservation price. If canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund or gift card.
FAQs
Yes. If the UTV is accidentally damaged, a security deposit may be charged to the credit or debit card you have on file. If repair costs are less than the deposit, you get the difference refunded; if costs are more, the accidental damage waiver protection program covers the balance.
Yes. A mandatory fuel charge applies based on the duration of your rental. If you need after-hours assistance from staff at your location, a premium service charge applies (confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking).
Complete the waiver and watch the safety video the day before your ride. Each adult completes their own waiver, and you add minors to an adult’s waiver. Bring a valid driver’s license to the rental.
