- At least one renter must be age 21 or older
- Drivers must be age 18 or older and present a valid driver's license; drivers ages 18–20 need an accompanying adult age 21 or older
- RANGER drivers must be age 25 or older
- Passengers must be age 4 or older; drivers carrying passengers under 18 must be age 25 or older
- Complete your waiver and safety video the day before your ride; each adult must complete their own waiver
- A mandatory fuel charge applies and is not included in the listed price; the amount depends on rental duration
- A 7.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in the listed price
- A credit or debit card on file is required for potential damage charges; accidental damage triggers a $1,500 security deposit charge
- Rides operate rain or shine, so dress for conditions
- Expect limited cell service on the way to the trailhead
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. One rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full reservation price. Rescheduled customers receive a refund or gift card if canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Yes. If the UTV is accidentally damaged, a security deposit may be charged to the credit or debit card you have on file. If repair costs are less than the deposit, you get the difference refunded; if costs are more, the accidental damage waiver protection program covers the balance.
Yes. A mandatory fuel charge applies based on the duration of your rental. If you need after-hours assistance from staff at your location, a premium service charge applies (confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking).
Complete the waiver and watch the safety video the day before your ride. Each adult completes their own waiver, and you add minors to an adult’s waiver. Bring a valid driver’s license to the rental.
