Know before you go
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival
- Arrive 5 minutes before your start time
- Wear a helmet throughout your e-bike ride
- Ride only on paved roads and paths; gravel and dirt routes are not allowed
- KHS Electric Bike riders must be ages 21+
- Rad Wagon tandem drivers must be ages 21+ and passengers must be ages 8+
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations less than 48 hours before start incur a $15 half-day fee, $25 full-day fee, or 10% fee for multi-day rentals; within 24 hours, the fee is 50% of the reservation price. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
