- Renters must be ages 18+ and have a valid driver's license
- Keep everyone entirely inside the boat while the engine is running; bow riding is not allowed
- Do not beach or tow the boat, and do not use cooking devices onboard
- Follow no-wake rules in the harbor
- Life jackets are required for ages 12 and under
- You are responsible for damage to the boat or motor
- Expect a minimum $50 late-return fee, not included in the listed price
- A $20 cleaning fee may apply for sunflower seeds, pistachio shells, or worm dirt in the boat and is not included in the listed price
