• Bring a valid driver's license
• Dogs are allowed
• A $20 refundable cash deposit is required on site and is not included in the listed price
• A credit card hold may be placed to cover damage; you are responsible for damage to the boat or equipment
• A liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement is required
• Keep a life vest with you at all times; ages 16 and under must wear one while on the watercraft
• Do not operate the boat under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Do not beach boats or dock on or near shore; doing so forfeits your remaining rental time and rental cost
• Do not bring watercraft or inflatables aboard the rental boat
• Only the booked party may board; additional or swapped guests are not allowed
• Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation start time to check in. If you are late, your rental will be waiting on the dock, but your rental time remains the same
