Each rider must complete an online waiver. Riders should be at least close to 11 years old; an adult must accompany anyone under 18, and pregnant women are not allowed to ride. Optional gratuity, plus tax and booking fees are added—confirm amounts with Greetwell before booking.

Riders should be close to 11 years old. Anyone under 18 must ride with an adult or guardian, and a parent or guardian must sign the waiver. You should be comfortable on your feet and able to climb and descend stairs without assistance; it’s best if participants are close to 70 lbs. or more. Pregnant women are not allowed to ride.
