Gratuity is optional. Each rider must complete an online waiver. Riders should be close to 11+; under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian, and pregnant riders are not allowed.

No. You start with a guided training session (about 10–30 minutes depending on group size and comfort level), and your guide stays nearby to help.
Riders should be close to age 11+. Guests under 18 must ride with an adult or guardian, and a parent or guardian must sign the waiver. The Segway is one rider only (a younger child can’t ride with an adult). Pregnant guests are not allowed to ride. There are no stated weight limits, but you should be comfortable on your feet and able to climb and descend stairs without assistance; participants should be close to 70 lbs. or more.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing; it can feel a little cooler while riding. Flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended. A helmet is provided, and you can bring your own if you prefer.
