- Alcohol is permitted only for guests of legal age; the captain may end the charter without refund if someone is deemed unsafe

Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule within 1 year of booking. You cannot reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of departure; the full amount is charged. No-shows after 30 minutes are canceled and charged in full. Deposits are nonrefundable. Credit card transactions incur a 3.5% processing fee. Refund if the captain cancels due to weather or other circumstances.
