We had an incredible day on the water with Captain Ross and Sebastian. From start to finish, the trip was relaxed, low-stress, and exceptionally well run. What impressed me most was how Captain Ross was constantly assessing the conditions and the bite. He never wasted time sitting on a spot once the action slowed down. He’d make the call to move, and more often than not, we’d pull up to the next spot and be right back into another school of fish. It was obvious every decision was backed by years of experience. Sebastian was an outstanding mate and worked hard all day keeping everything organized, rigged, and ready. Together, he and Captain Ross made an excellent team that let us focus on enjoying the day. The results spoke for themselves—we caught our limit of mahi-mahi and landed two incredible blackfin tuna. At the end of the trip, they expertly cleaned and filleted all of our fish and even set aside a portion for us to take next door, where we enjoyed one of the freshest and best seafood dinners we’ve ever had.
