Follow Pacific Time for check-in and the day’s schedule. Mountain Time is 1 hour ahead, and the time zone changes at Riggins (about 21 miles south of the office).
After check-in, you either drive yourself about 24 miles (about 1 hour) to Pittsburg Landing Marina or take the optional shuttle. The road is dirt/gravel most of the way but is suitable for 2WD passenger cars.
Bring a hat, light/quick-dry clothing, comfortable sandals or walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera. Consider a dry bag and swimwear if you plan to swim at the beach stop.
