Full refund with 72 hours notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cruise ship force majeure cancellations get a full refund. No-shows are charged full price. No refund if you arrive without proper child seats.

Wear suitable walking shoes; closed-toe shoes are required for walking in lava fields. Bring a light rain jacket or windbreaker for rainforest areas, and consider a hat. If you have a handicap parking pass, bring it to cut down on walking.

Yes. Children 7 and under must ride in a booster or child seat. Basic booster seats are provided for ages 4 and up if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Children under 5 must be in a harness seat, and those are not provided.
