Cancel at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours, including if rescheduling is unavailable. Outside the 48-hour window, you may reschedule within 24 hours for a $40-per-person fee. Full refund or free rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
