Full refund with 72 hours notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Force Majeure ship cancellation results in a full refund. No-shows charged full price. If you arrive without proper child seats, the tour will not run and no refund will be issued.

Children under 5 must use a harness seat, and it is not provided. If you arrive without proper seats for children, the tour will not run and you will not receive a refund.
Wear suitable shoes for walking; closed-toe shoes are required for walking in lava fields. Bring a light rain jacket or raincoat (or windbreaker) and a hat for rainforest areas.
