Cancel more than 30 days before start for a full refund less service charges: $50 for trips under $500; for trips over $500, $100 or 10%, whichever is greater. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. If unsafe conditions, weather, or other circumstances prevent the trip and it cannot be rescheduled, receive a refund less service charges.
