- This is a bareboat charter, with the primary charterer holding temporary possession and control of the yacht
- A qualified, properly licensed captain is required and separately contracted by the primary charterer
- Fuel charges apply based on actual usage and are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted; if not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. A full refund is issued if the vessel is unavailable and rescheduling is not possible.

The primary charterer separately selects and engages a USCG-licensed captain. Choose an insurance-approved captain from the informational roster or provide your own qualified captain, subject to vessel owner approval and insurance requirements.
Have the primary charterer execute the charter agreement. Complete a waiver for every adult aboard; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors.
