Avoid cotton. Wear long pants, a lightweight shirt, a medium- or heavyweight synthetic or fleece layer, warm socks, and a warm wind-cutting outer layer. Bring warm gloves or liners, a warm or rain hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Use the provided sea kayak, paddle, personal flotation device, spray skirt, rain gear, rubber boots, dry bag, and neoprene paddle gloves. Instruction and guide services are included.
Bring your own lunch and water. The tour provides hot drinks and trail mix/pretzel snacks.
