- A customary 20% captain gratuity based on the day's boat fee is not included in the listed price and is settled directly with the captain by cash or Venmo

- Returning to the dock early does not reduce the charter price, except when the captain determines weather is inclement

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 3 days before charter. Cancellations within 3 days forfeit the $250 deposit; within 24 hours, the full charter balance is charged. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or other reasons.
