Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying any passenger under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- All drivers must complete the State OHV Education Course and show proof of completion before taking the vehicle
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
- A Premium Damage Waiver is required and limits damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 credit or debit card authorization per machine is required on the day of your rental
- A mandatory gas charge applies and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and is not included in taxes and fees
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days ahead for a full refund; cancel 1–2 days ahead for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns incur charges: $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and the full-day rental cost after 2 hours.
