Know before you go
- Arrive at least 45 minutes early; everyone in your party needs a signed waiver to receive the float ticket
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
- Life vests are required for children under 13
- Children under 50 lbs must bring or purchase a USCG-approved life vest; vests for children weighing 50–90 lbs are limited
- Leave Styrofoam and glass off the river
- Expect staff may limit children on certain floats or vessels, or change the route, due to water levels or debris
- Children under 3 float at their own risk
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make changes at least 8 days before your scheduled arrival for a refund minus $5–$50 per reservation or boat and any booking fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival are non-refundable.

A rain check valid for one year is issued only if it rains consistently at Ozark Outdoors Resort between 8:00am and noon. If rain stops before noon, floating continues and no cash, credit, or check refunds are issued.
