- Ages 18+ only to rent and sign the waiver; drivers must be ages 16+
- Passengers must be at least 5 years old
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID to operate
- Complete and sign a liability waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18
- Complete the Florida Temporary Boating Safety Test before arrival if born on or after January 1, 1988, and bring proof of completion
- Combined rider weight is limited to 450 lbs per jet ski
- Requires safely reboarding the jet ski from the water without assistance
- Pregnant riders, visibly impaired riders, and riders with serious relevant medical conditions cannot participate
- Wear a life jacket at all times and follow staff safety instructions
