- Arrive 30 minutes before the tour start time
- Ages 21+ only to rent a boat
- Boating experience is required
- Bring a valid boating license; operators born in or after July 1972 must have it at check-in
- Bring photo ID for the cardholder and the credit card used for the reservation
- Stay within the designated safety area of the cays
- Do not tow, pick up additional passengers after leaving the dock, or use the boat for transportation to or from the islands

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the 8:30 AM check-in time to avoid a full charge. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and trips booked within 48 hours are nonrefundable. If canceled due to weather or sea conditions, you won't be charged and can reschedule for the next available space.
