Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before start for a refund for bookings of up to 9 people. Groups of 10 or more and private or custom tours require at least 7 days' notice. No refunds for later cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
