- Boating experience required
- A valid boating license is required; operators born in or after July 1972 must carry it at check-in
- Bring ID for the cardholder and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in
- Stay within the local cays
- No towing allowed
- Do not pick up additional passengers after leaving the dock
- Do not use the boat to transport people to or from the islands

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the 8:30 AM check-in time to avoid the full reservation charge. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and trips booked within 48 hours are nonrefundable.
