- Do not pick up additional passengers after leaving the dock

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the 8:30 AM check-in time to avoid the full reservation charge. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and trips booked within 48 hours are nonrefundable.
