- Bring the physical payment card used for the reservation and matching ID
- Wear fully enclosed toe-and-heel shoes, such as athletic or hiking shoes
- Complete a liability waiver; a legal guardian must sign for participants under 18
- Requires a half-mile hike at elevation over uneven surfaces
- Chronic heart problems, pregnancy, and recent ankle, knee, or back surgery prevent participation
- Serious neck, back, knee, or joint injuries are not recommended
- Tours operate rain or shine; bring rain gear or borrow it on site
