- Ages 7+ only. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participation is not permitted during pregnancy or with health conditions that make boat travel unsafe, including heart conditions.
- Serious physical ailments or limitations prevent boarding. Requires mobility in an emergency.
- Bring your own urn or vessel for the ashes; one is not provided.
- Sign a liability release when boarding.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for the safety briefing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 72 hours' notice for a full refund or credit, or 48 hours' notice for a 50% refund or credit. No refund or credit with 24 hours' notice. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
