- Your guide may deny participation if riding would put you, others, or the horses at risk
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, and follow your guide's instructions
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Late arrival shortens your ride, which ends at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you cannot ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your ride to reschedule within the same calendar month. Cancellations with less notice and no-shows receive no reschedule or refund. If your ride is canceled for severe weather, rescheduling is attempted first, then a full refund is offered.
