- Leashed pets are allowed in shuttles
- You'll be responsible for repair or replacement costs for equipment damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by pets. These costs are not included in the listed price.
- Late returns may incur a fee. Non-emergency evacuation may also incur fees, and equipment abandoned in remote locations will incur retrieval fees. These charges are not included in the listed price.
- Participation is at your own risk. The operator does not cover personal injury, medical expenses, or property loss or damage.
- Keep children's life jackets on during the float. Fishing is not allowed from rafts.
- The route includes remote locations where phone service and immediate evacuation may be unavailable. Non-emergency evacuation, including if you decide not to continue, is not always possible.
- Arrive before the last put-in time: 1:00 pm for canoes and kayaks, 11:00 am for rafts, or 10:30 am for tubes. Check in before pickup from your property or campsite.
- Return all rentals to your takeout location by 6:00 pm.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 3 days before your float for a full refund; this also applies to partial cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows receive no deposit refund. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather (if rain continues after 11 am) or other unforeseen circumstances.
