- Leashed pets are allowed in shuttles. You'll be responsible for equipment damage caused by your pet.
- Repair or replacement costs apply to equipment damage beyond normal wear and tear and are not included in the listed price.
- A late fee may apply if you arrive after the takeout deadline. This fee is not included in the listed price.
- Non-emergency evacuation may be unavailable or incur additional fees. Fees also apply if staff must retrieve abandoned equipment from a remote location. These charges are not included in the listed price.
- Children must wear life jackets.
- Participation is at your own risk. The operator does not cover personal injury, medical costs, or property loss or damage. Parts of the route are remote, with potentially limited phone signal and evacuation access.
- Arrive before the last launch time of 10:30 am. If using pickup from the property, check in before your pickup.
- Reach the Eminence takeout by 1:30 pm to continue to Two Rivers. It is about a quarter-mile past the bridge on the right, immediately after the public access with two concrete boat ramps, marked by a "Harvey's" sign in a tree. If you miss this deadline, staff will return you to your vehicle or property instead.
- Return all rentals to the Two Rivers takeout by 6 pm. Take out on the first gravel bar on the right after the river junction; staff in blue shirts will flag you in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel before the deadline of 3 days before your float for a full refund, including partial cancellations. Cancellations after the deadline and no-shows receive no deposit refund. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels for weather (if rain continues after 11 am) or other unforeseen circumstances.
