- Drivers of KHS Electric Bikes and Rad Wagon Tandem eBikes must be 21+; Rad Wagon passengers must be 8+
- Wear a helmet for the entire time you ride
- Ride only on paved roads and paths; gravel and dirt routes are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours' notice. For this full-day rental, cancellations less than 48 hours before start have a $25 fee; cancellations less than 24 hours before start are charged 50% of the reservation price. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
