Guides like Kyle, Heavenly, Lily, and Kaitlyn have earned a loyal following here, and it's easy to see why. Reviewers consistently praise their deep local knowledge, patient instruction, and genuine enthusiasm for the Crystal River area. First-time kayakers mention feeling completely at ease, and the guides go out of their way to find manatees, scout swimming spots, and snap photos along the way. The clear-bottom kayaks and well-maintained gear get regular shoutouts too. The Springs themselves seem to do a lot of the heavy lifting, with visitors describing the water as unlike anything they've seen before. Manatee sightings come up repeatedly, even outside peak season, which speaks to how well the guides know the waterways. One reviewer noted the team proactively rescheduled a tour due to rain rather than pushing through, which says something about how the operation is run. With a near-perfect rating across hundreds of reviews, this one is hard to talk yourself out of booking.
Our two-hour kayak tour to Three Sisters Spring was one of the highlights of our trip! Heavenly was an incredible guide—patient, kind, and encouraging with our group of kids ranging in age from 7 to 13. She made everyone feel comfortable on the water, helped the kids safely get in and out of the kayaks, and kept the experience fun and stress-free for everyone. Three Sisters Spring was absolutely beautiful, and Heavenly shared interesting information while making sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery. She also went above and beyond by taking amazing photos throughout the tour, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about capturing every moment ourselves. We left with wonderful memories and beautiful pictures to remember them. We highly recommend this tour, especially for families with children!
