Cancellation Policy
Payment in full at booking includes a 10% nonrefundable deposit. Wildlife programs run rain or shine. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, there is no refund. No refunds for the 6% nonrefundable online booking fee. Rebooking at your request adds a 5% administration fee plus the deposit.
