Mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration; confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking. A $1,500 authorized damage deposit is required per machine and collected on arrival by credit/debit card only. Driver must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license; passengers under 18 require a driver age 25+, and children must be at least 42 inches tall. Not suitable for pregnant women.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 3+ days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late return fees: 15+ min $75; 1+ hr $150; 2+ hr full-day rental cost.
