Important details
- Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver's license; drivers must be 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- Passengers under 18 require a driver age 25 or older
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Complete the State OHV Education Course and have proof of completion before taking the vehicle
- Complete a liability waiver for each machine and watch the required safety video
- A required Premium Damage Waiver limits damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A credit or debit card is required for a $1,500 authorized damage-deposit hold per machine on rental day
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment-use and maintenance fee is added to the listed price and is separate from taxes and fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
